Master
Masters are individuals who have completed their apprentice and journeyman training and have settled into their life. Generally accepted to start when an individual is considered to be a full adult at 30, though some crafts allow a tradesman to test for proficiency earlier.
An individual must be a master at their craft before training apprentices. One requirement to be recognized as a master at their craft is that they are able to support not only themselves and their own family but any apprentices they may take.
