Kelder of Tazmor is a self described "forensic sorcerer" from the Northern Lands of Tazmor. He traveled to Ethshar of the Sands during the black dagger murders in order to provide assistance in identifying and finding the culprit. Using a talisman he was capable of identifying what individuals had been in the locations of all the murders and providing a description of the individual not involved in the investigation, aiding in the identification of Tabaea the Thief as the murderess.
Like most northern sorcerers, he is (probably rightly) dismissive of Ethsharatic sorcery and sorcerers.
