The Aldagmor Source was one of two known sources of warlockry and the cause of the Night of Madness and subsequent Calling of warlocks. Located in Aldagmor, one of the Baronies of Sardiron, this source appears to have been a sentient being from another universe which crashed into the World. Its resulting distress call produced all of the recognized effects associated with warlockry, including the magic that warlocks were capable of wielding during its presence.

Unlike the other known source, the Towers of Lumeth, the Aldagmor source was sentient and has since been rescued.
